Yes, if the product is not to your liking, it can be returned within 21 days. The return request has to be submitted within 15 days, allowing 1 week for shipment. Return shipping is borne by the customer.

Yes. Every Sac comes with a cover in the material and color of your choice. Additional covers are available at an additional price.

Your Sacs are precious to us. They are shipped in sturdy duffel bags. Once you remove the Sac from duffel bag you kick it and punch it to puff it to its natural state. This is called bonding. Zip the cover all the way around, rotating the Sac until it is completely covered. Within 24 hours, your Sac is ready to give you a cozy hug.
